Transfer Pictures and Videos to Pc From BlackBerry BOld

This short tutorial will show you how to transfer your media (pictures and videos) from your Blackberry Bold to a Windows computer. We will setup Blackberry and Windows OS so that we can import or export media files easily between blackberry bold and our PC having Windows XP, Vista or Windows7.

Follow these instructions to get job done.

• Go to Options in your Blackberry Bold
• Now, select Memory
• Now set Mass Storage Mode Support to On
• Change Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected to Prompt or Yes
• Here are the settings so far

• Connect your computer to your PC. All Windows versions (XP, Vista and 7) handle it in same way
• The Windows OS will probably install several drivers. Wait until these installations are done.
• Now, find your Blackberry device listed under the Computer section (or My Computer on XP)
• Click on the Blackberry and navigate to the videos or pictures folders (Here is how it looks on XP)

• This is how it looks in Windows vista/ 7

• Drag and drop media in and out of these folders to exchange the files between your PC and your Blackberry

This is an easy method to import export media files (photos and videos) between your computer and Blackberry Storm.
